Work with purchasing and become more profitable
Being faced with a client's purchasing team is increasingly common for all agencies in the advertising and design industry. Whether it is from running a pitch process through to looking at your fees and third party supplier arrangements, purchasing are here to stay.
A knowledgeable and well experienced purchasing team can help improve the long term and commercial relationship between your clients and your agency. But, as an agency, you need to understand them and work with them for this to happen.
That's why Gabriele Skelton have teamed up with Tina Fegent to run a half-day intensive course on how to understand and work with purchasing to improve your bottom line and maintain long-term relationships.
The speaker
Tina Fegent will lead this course.
Tina has had first-hand experience of what it takes to be a purchasing person working on both sides of the advertising and design industries.
