Planning for the future

The pace of change in business today is huge. Clients are demanding more from their agencies and design consultancies than ever before. It is clear that those who are to succeed will embrace new opportunities and ways of working.

Relationship Audits and Manageement (RAM) have conducted over 1000 interviews with clients in the last year to establish what they are looking for from their agencies, now and in the future. The results make this a 'must see' presentation which has already been given to the management of many leading international agencies and has helped them in planning their business for the years ahead.

RAM will present their findings and then chair a seminar with delegates to discuss in detail the opportunities and challenges for their businesses. They will also have the opportunity to discuss some of these issues with their peers.

The speaker
