We are always looking for talented people, specifically in the following areas:
Junior designers
Grads or designers with 1 or 2 years experience online. Good hons degree in new media/Graphic design essential. Excellent design skills, happy to roll sleeves up and help with everything, including production. Keen to learn. Must have good sense of typography and design. Flash, HTML an advantage.
Midweight designers
3 years + experience of working online. Very good design detailing skills. Strong Flash animation and/or HTML and CSS skillset. Some knowledge of actionscript an advantage. Must be passionate about designing for the web - for sites or advertising.
Art directors
Strong, ideas-based people wanted, with thorough, up-to-date understanding of digital possibilities. Passion for the web. Exceptional design abilities. Good team leaders. Confident at presenting work.
Creative teams
Art Director/Copywriter teams. Proof of very strong, compelling conceptual skills. Above-the-line background an advantage. Must have interest in and fair understanding of what digital can offer as a medium.
Copywriters
3 years + experience of copywriting. Good conceptual writers, ideally, with some experience of online - sites as well as advertising. Ability to write compelling long copy in different tones of voice essential.
