Web strategists
Strategic planners with 5 years + experience of CRM, design and build and business planning. Ideally you'll have worked both client and agency-side, be conversant with research and strategy techniques, and be able to inspire creatives and clients.
Information architects / user experience
Ideally a strong background in user experience and information architecture consulting (agency or client-side). Proven ability to develop wireframes and motivating user journeys; with websites you can reference.
